The Fifth Scientific School "Dynamics of Complex Networks and their Applications" (DCNA'2021) will be held from 13 to 15 September 2021 in Kaliningrad, Russia as a part of Baltic Forum: Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence and Complex Systems (BF-NAICS 2021). DCNA'2021 will be an international platform for the exchange of scientific, educational and technical ideas and achievements between specialists, especially young scientists, working in the field of studying complex networks, neuroscience and nonlinear dynamics. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Proceedings of previous conferences (DCNAIR'2018, DCNAIR'2019, DCNAIR'2020) were indexed in Scopus/Web of Science.
