Best young scientist's project award
Baltic Forum: Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence and Complex Systems
13-15 September 2021, Kaliningrad, Russia
In the framework of the Forum, we will organize the contest for the best young scientist's project. The participants must be young scientists up to 30 years old (at the time of the forum).

The project must have an applied focus and be in the area of the Forum: neurotechnology, neuroscience, neurobiology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, brain-computer interfaces, biological and medical applications of control theory, etc.

To participate in the contest, you need to submit the paper through the paper submission system and choose "Section for young scientists (best young scientist's project award)". The paper's template is the IEEE conference template. After the paper has been accepted, you will need to deliver a talk in the special section.

The paper and the presentation should contain actuality, novelty, the obtained results, and future aims of the research project.

The best research projects (no less than 4) will obtain the financial support (100 000 rubs for each winner) for the development of the project. The winner will be chosen by the special committee.

The sponsor of the competition is the Group of companies «Sodrugestvo».

The accepted papers will be included in the proceedings of DCNA 2021 or CNN 2021, which are expected to be published in IEEE Xplore.
